The plain-language terms for buying an MK Select website.

Price and payment
The price shown in the price builder is fixed for the pages and features you choose. You pay it in full, in US dollars, when you send your brief. Payment is processed by Stripe; card details are handled by Stripe and never reach this site.
Scope and the discovery call
After payment we book a discovery call and confirm the scope in writing. If the agreed scope is smaller, we refund the difference. If it is larger, we invoice the difference before that work starts. If we cannot agree a scope that fits Select, we refund your payment in full.
Refunds after work starts
Once you approve the written scope and design begins, payments for completed stages are not refundable. If a project is cancelled part-way, we refund the share of the price for stages that have not started.
What’s included
Each build includes what your tier and chosen features describe on the pricing pages, the revision rounds for your tier, and fixes for bugs in delivered work during the fixes window. Copywriting, photography, brand identity work, paid tools, hosting, and domains are not included unless agreed in writing.
Ownership
After full payment, the custom code and design for your site are yours. Your domain, hosting, and tool accounts stay in your company’s name.
